Kilian Hennessy found its inspiration in the scent of his family's cognac cellars, where the aroma of oak barrels soaked with spirits blends with warm, woody air.
The composition opens with intense dark rum and nutmeg. Rum brings a rich, warm, and subtly sweet boozy character, while nutmeg adds a dry, aromatic, and spicy facet. The opening feels deep and seductive, with a pronounced sense of warmth.
